Payment and Cancellation Policy
Please pay for your retreat by clicking on the "SHOP" navigation button at the top of the page. Then choose your package. All credit cards are accepted. Your purchase will automatically generate an email receipt.
You may pay all at once or in two installments, but a fifty percent (50%) down payment is required to lock in your reservation. Please keep these policies in mind:
Fifty percent of the total is due at least sixty (60) days prior to retreat start date.
The balance is due thirty days (30) prior to retreat start date (or at the time of booking if the arrival date is less than a month away.)
100% refund if client cancels thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date.
100% refund if retreat coach cancels for any reason (an emergency.)
50% refund if client cancels twenty-one (21) days prior to retreat start date.
20% refund if client cancels up to seven (7) days prior to retreat start date.
0% refund if cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to retreat start date.
Missed coaching appointments will not be refunded.
Payment for all "extras" -- such as massage, advance grocery purchases, wine, or the services of a personal chef -- will be billed with a separate invoice and need to be paid in full prior to arrival.

Payment for a monthly coaching package is due before Susan begins reading your work and preparing a customized editorial evaluation. Refunds are available for unused coaching sessions, at $100 per hour.
Payment for a customized editorial evaluation is due before Susan begins reading your work. Fees are based on the length of your project and will be negotiated in advance. Payment for an hour of coaching is due at least one week prior to scheduled session. Refunds are available with a week's notice.
